Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
